Community Partners of Greenville was formed to assist the Town of Greenville in the acquisition and development of Vanderbilt Park in 1992. Current members continue the tradition of making improvements in the park and encouraging its use.

Currently CPOG is helping to fund the Disc Golf course and is contributing $10,000 and volunteer time to assist in the completing of the bathrooms at the new Vanderbilt Park pavilion.

Want more activities in the Park? Bring ideas for improvements and events in the park to CPOG meetings and help make them happen. Potential new park projects include pickleball courts, a biking course for beginners, kitchen facilities at the pavilion, maintaining and improving the south barn, and an additional playground area.
